I have been an ambassador for this incredible organization for several years now. YGB raises money to provide micro loans and education for women and children in India. Giving to YGB is an off the mat way to give thanks to this practice of yoga that has given us all so much. I will be teaching at this live gala on Sunday November 22nd 2pm PST.
