Join Jocelyn and Laura for #shinetribe: The Sessions.  These Sessions are dedicated to you, our tribe.  We are creating #shinetribe: The Sessions in the name of connection, community, transformation and fun, knowing that as a tribe our possibilities are limitless!  

The Session begins with a slow flow set to a soulful soundtrack designed to create clarity and inspiration.  The evening will shift into meditation, journaling and time to chat and share so that you are set up for a month full of shine and radiance!

We all have an unwritten letter. Join our June Session and discover what needs to be written now.... 

We had thought of this theme long before the recent horrifying events in Orlando but those events highlight the importance of the theme. 

The Unwritten Letter. 

The one you've been putting off. A love letter to your children. To your parents. To your thighs. A good bye letter. To your grief. To a lover. To an old idea. To self criticism. A welcome letter. To joy. To the best relationship of your life. A letter of forgiveness. To yourself. To someone who hurt you. A fuck you letter. It's your letter to write. 

We will move through yoga and meditation so we can still our minds to hone in on exactly to whom or what that letter should be sent. 

IT TOOK ME THIRTEEN YEARS TO WRITE A LETTER I KNEW I NEEDED TO WRITE TO MY DAUGHTERS!!! That's ridiculous. Don't be like me. Come. Move with us. And write the damn letter!!!
